The challenge
Contrast had grown to 35 people with two founders managing everyone directly. The founders knew they needed leaders but had never hired one.
What we did
We designed the first leadership team, wrote scorecards for each role and agreed which decisions each new leader would own from day one.
We ran the searches alongside the founders, closed five executives in a single quarter and built a 90-day onboarding plan for each of them.
