Principal, Strategy & Operations
The role
You will lead two to three client engagements at a time, working directly with founders and leadership teams on strategy, operating model and execution.
What you’ll do
Run diagnostics and leadership workshops
Write strategy narratives and quarterly plans
Sit in clients' weekly operating reviews
Coach senior leaders through change
About you
8+ years in operating or strategy roles, ideally at a scale-up
You have built and run a team, not just advised one
Clear writer, calm in a room, honest under pressure
